Somewhere just before we entered West Virginia, we stopped for a bathroom break. Our second youngest, who is 2 1/2 said, as I was struggling to get on of her brother's out of their seat, "Daddy. No more car." And then, "I'm done, Daddy."
I was about done as well! Thankfully, we only had about 2 hours to go on our trip. We're here in Grafton, WV now. The wireless router was set up in minutes and I'm back online. It was a bear not having wireless on the laptop from Illinois to West Virginia. (Except for the iPhone, which had great receoption the entire way.)
We stopped and at dinner with my Mother and her husband in Bridgeport and then to home here in WV. The kids were exhausted and so were we. The youngest, who is just 2, was in complete meltdown when we got home.
Just think, in three weeks, we get to do it all over again!
