Costa Vida: Great Food At A Great Price

When Rocky and I can get a unique flavor in our mouths and we can feed all 8 of us for under $25, we consider that a big win. Last year on our trip West, we stumbled on Costa Vida in Cedar City, Utah. They opened their first restaurant in Layton, Utah in 2003. I have never seen one anywhere else, but it appears they have spread. Great food at a great price!
