Driving through the heart of Kentucky makes me happy. There is something very calming about the main arteries that flow through Kentucky. We drove from Ashland to Lexington, then down to Elizabethtown and Franklin before entering Tennessee. All along the way we were treated to amazing views. The sky was blue and scattered with beautiful white clouds. I felt like I was driving through postcard after postcard.
My favorite views were of the horse farms around Lexington.

-
Yesterday, with my new Sigma 60-600mm DG DN OS lens in hand, I ventured
into the front yard at lunch to shoot the moon for myself.
